Welcome, I'm so happy to have you here! I'm Jenn, an Empath and experienced Therapist, Consultant and pre-qualified Counsellor. I am a compassionate and dedicated pre-qualified counsellor and the owner of JC Therapy and Consulting. I work with clients in-person in Kitchener and virtually worldwide. My passion is to support clients as they navigate through challenges often due to major changes or hardship I will equip you and your children with practical every day strategies for health and success which can be used daily; and in children used into adulthood. My approach is always tailored and encompasses a blend of professional talk therapy, specific strategies for ABA therapy and high conflict separation support. I maintain focus on feelings and emotions, self compassion, self-care, self-esteem but most importantly problem-solving. Yours or your child's life is paramount and often simple changes can shift yours or their experience in the world. I help and support communication strategies to better relationships between partners and their children keeping everything child focussed. My own separation was not what I had envisioned for my life or for my children, but it became necessary. I didn't understand high-conflict personalities, or what I would be dealing with moving forward in a co-parenting or parallel parenting role as my children grew. It's a continuous journey of self-discovery, healing, and learning to trust my own intuition. The process; including experiences with the OCL and Family Court has brought a lot of change--and even more blessings--like the opportunity to use my experiences and passion for helping others in the capacity of a high-conflict divorce coach. With over 15 years of Career Coaching; successfully helping others land their dream jobs; I also offer tailed job search and resume help.
